Reading market activity without overclaiming demand

Distinguish current buy offers, sell listings, observed orders, and completed sales when evaluating a Warframe item.

Separate buyers from sellers

Buy orders show prices players have offered to pay. Sell orders show asking prices. Read each side separately and check the exact item rank and quantity.

A long list of sellers does not show how many items have sold. It may simply mean that many players are competing for buyers.

Check freshness and coverage

Look for a timestamp and a description of the sampled orders. A limited recent sample is useful context, but it may not represent the full market.

Repeated or unavailable listings can distort your impression. Open the source and confirm availability before treating an order as actionable.

Test with a small listing

If you already own the item, list a small quantity at a defensible price and observe the response. Record completed trades and waiting time separately from views or messages.

Avoid filling your inventory based on an activity score alone. Additional copies increase the amount you need to sell if buyer interest changes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can Voidex prove an item will sell quickly?

No. Observed market activity can help you compare items, but it does not guarantee a buyer or a completion time.
