Your first 50 platinum in Warframe

Start with spare items, compare current listings, and learn to complete small trades before risking platinum on resale.

Start with inventory you already own

Look for duplicate Prime parts and tradeable mods you do not need for your own progression. Selling an existing drop lets you learn pricing and trading without first buying stock.

Check the exact item name and rank. A built item and its blueprint are not interchangeable, and not everything in your inventory can be traded. Keep anything needed for your next planned craft.

Choose a price you can explain

Open the item's market page and compare several current sell listings and buy orders for your platform. Check quantities, rank, and seller availability rather than copying the first number you see.

For example, if comparable sellers ask 12p and an available buyer offers 10p, you are choosing between waiting for your own buyer and accepting a lower offer. Neither price guarantees an immediate trade.

Complete one trade, then repeat

Confirm the item and agreed platinum amount in the in-game trade window. Follow Warframe's current trading requirements and do not exchange account credentials or accept promises of a later payment.

After selling, update or remove your listing. Record what sold and how long you waited. Repeating a small, understandable sale is a better learning exercise than tying all your platinum up in an unfamiliar item.
